Nickelodeon Branded Sunscreen

Off Beat LLC is proud to announce the launch of Sunbow Sunscreen in partnership with SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer, and Go Diego Go! from Nickelodeon.  This is the GREATEST children’s sunscreen available on the planet earth!!!

We offer SpongeBob SquarePants yellow, Dora the Explorer pink, and Go Diego Go! blue, zinc oxide based sunscreen.  But wait!!  The best part is that the sunscreen comes out of the tube in color but disappears when applied to the skin.  So a child can watch the Dora the Explorer sunscreen go from pink to clear and the parent can not only see what areas have not been applied, but also has the enjoyment of not struggling with their child to protect them from the harsh rays of the sun.

Our SPF 30 sunscreen is developed with a zinc oxide formula that is Pediatrician Recommended, non-staining, water resistant, Paba Free, hypoallergenic, fragrance free and offers natural UVA/UVB protection.

As both a company and as parents, we are very excited and proud to introduce this product launch for Spring 2010.

Big Papi En Fuego

We at Off Beat Resources are in partnership with David Ortiz on the Big Papi En Fuego Food and Condiment line.  We manufacture, produce, distribute, and market the current Big Papi En Fuego line of hot sauces.  The line is ever expanding with more products to be launched by the new year.

Baseball star and fan favorite, David Ortiz launches Big Papi En Fuego, a new lifestyle hot sauce, which is never off season! Ortiz, a lifelong hot sauce enthusiast, was inspired to create the perfect hot sauce that was both spicy and flavorful.

Big Papi En Fuego is made from a secret recipe, and while we can’t give it away, the sauce does include fresh, natural ingredients such as habanera peppers and fresh lime. Big Papi En Fuego makes a great addition to marinades, cooking and cocktails. It is not just a hot sauce, but a way of life!

Chef Sam Talbot

Sam

Off Beat Resources exclusively represents and manages celebrity Chef Sam Talbot. Numerous projects are under works such as a Sam Talbot branded cookware line for QVC and a lifestyle cookbook, representing Sam’s cooking and passions, such as traveling and surfing.

Sam Talbot is the Executive Chef at the Surf Lodge in Montauk and the soon-to-open Mondrian Soho in New York City.  A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Sam was one of the most-watched chefs and voted ‘Fan Favorite’ on Bravo’s “Top Chef” TV series.

Sam’s culinary training began at Johnson and Wales University in Charleston. During his schooling, Sam worked at the acclaimed J. Bistro in Charleston where he trained under chef/owner James Burns. Sam considers James to be his mentor and frequently returns to Charleston to cook and fish.

At 24 years old, Sam moved to New York City to become the Executive Chef of the Black Duck Restaurant.  Two years later, Sam opened his own restaurant, the Williamsburgh Café in Brooklyn, New York where he was nominated for both “Best New Chef: Brooklyn” (Citysearch) and “Best Restaurant” in Brooklyn (New York Post).

Sam’s dishes have been praised by the New York Times, New York Magazine, Daily News, New York Post, Zink Magazine, Time out Magazine and Forbes Magazine.  Sam has traveled the world learning to satisfy his culinary passions, cooking and eating in some of the world’s best restaurants, and some of their worst, including a 28 day stint in Paris finding work as a chef wherever he could and a journey across the US in 2006 stopping at local favorites in small towns.

Sam suffers from Type 1 Diabetes and has volunteered extensively with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. His cooking is always a reflection of his thoughtfulness to fresh and healthy ingredients.

In the summer of 2008, Sam joined the brand hew hotel and restaurant The Surf Lodge in Montauk, New York as Executive Chef and created a menu of locally sourced, market driven seafood.  The restaurant is currently the most buzzed about culinary destination on the east end with features in Time Out New York, The New York Times, People Magazine, and more.
